- Flexible & agile conflicting with structured management tooling: using Google Sheets to run launches, roadmap, planning, and requests.
- Massive headcount growth with increasing regulatory complexity, with a need for more structure but wanting to continue to move fast and stay agile.
- No out-of-the-box software solutions for their unique workflows.

- Coda Solutions Architects & Coinbase’s ProductOps team co-created their Product Operating System (ProductOS): Product LaunchCal, Rolling Intake, and Executive Dashboards.
- Product launches have structured actions across cross functional teams.

- Interconnected dashboards to reduce duplication of entry (Strategic Programs dashboard to the CEO dashboard)
