How can professional service companies (such as digital agencies or IT consulting firms) map their service operations so that they can re-design current and build new process?
In this webinar, I present two different ways to visual (and eventually improve) services: Service Blueprint (Service Design) and Business Process Modeling (BPM / UML / ITIL – Operations). We look at a project blueprint of co-building a website and ticket resolution workflows for a client issue that can eventually be automated and designed within Accelo.
